evoluated nation, always on the move to give lessons to other countries. And yet, Mr. President, On Nov. 15, the Senate
Armed Services Committee had unanimously approved S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the UCMJ stating that “Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of
sodomy…”

Soldiers being authorized or not to reveal their sexual choices and Sodomy between humans being
punished or not is not our subject here.
What we find unbearable is the fact that repealing UCMJ Article 125 makes now legal, no longer
punishable unnatural sexual copulation imposed to animals. Can we then consider The United States of America as having now become the nation of pure Bestiality, an act that all Sacred Texts all
over human history have always condemned ?
Do you find that Bestiality is a great progress ?
Do you find that Bestiality is a positive evolution of Humanity ?
Do you find that enabling, thus inciting american soldiers to commit acts where animals suffer
and often die is a honorable behaviour to show to the countries where USA gives the exemple of freedom and honor ?
What about the principle of animals as sensitive beings ?
How will you explain to the world that what is forbidden with children is now allowed with
animals, that what is allowed to military people is forbidden for normal citizens ?
How are you going to explain that American soldiers are slave of their sex to the point that they
are allowed to violate animals ? Where is the limit between animals and human beings ? With this bill you have cancelled this limit and we can easily call this choice apology of monstruosity.
Hence I would suggest that
after urinating on their enemies corpse, your soldiers have
sex with their dead bodies ! Would you accept on dead people what you
allowed on living animals ?
I do hope that a new bill will soon condemn clearly Bestiality in the american Army to restore
the honor of your country.

l'autorisation, qui comprend une disposition visant à abroger l'article 125 du Code uniforme de justice
militaire (UCMJ).
L'article 125 de l'UCMJ rend illégal le fait de s'engager dans deux actes :
sodomie avec des humains et sexe avec des animaux. Il affirme:
· Toute
personne soumise à ce chapitre qui se livre à la copulation charnelle contre nature avec une autre personne du sexe opposé ou de même sexe ou avec un animal est coupable de sodomie. La
pénétration, même superficielle, est suffisante pour terminer l'infraction.
· (b) Toute
personne reconnue coupable de sodomie est punie comme une cour martiale peut l'ordonner.
Ce vote pour que la sodomie ne tombe plus sous le coup de la loi militaire intervient moins d'un an après
que le Président Barack Obama ait exprimé sa volonté d’une politique « ne demandez pas, ne dites pas » (DADT : don’t ask, don’t tell)concernant les soldats homosexuels.
Tony Perkins, président de la commission de recherche conservatrice sur la famille a déclaré :
« il ya un lien certain entre l'abrogation de DADT et l'abrogation de la loi sur la sodomie. »
«Il s’agit ni plus ni moins que de se servir de l’armée pour pour faire avancer l’agenda social radical de
cette administration » a déclaré Perkins à CNS News. «Non seulement ils ont renversé le « ne demandez pas, ne dites pas », mais ils avaient un autre problème, celui de l’illégalité
de la sodomie sous la loi militaire, tout comme l’adultère est illégal, donc ils ont dû supprimer cette interdiction contre la sodomie. »

The U.S. Senate voted Thursday to approve a defense authorization bill which included a
provision that not only repealed the military ban on sodomy, but also repealed the ban on having sex with animals — or bestiality.
CNS News reported:
On Nov. 15, the Senate Armed Services Committee had unanimously approved S.
1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
Article 125 of the UCMJ makes it illegal to engage in both sodomy with
humans and sex with animals.
It states: “(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural
carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense. (b) Any person found
guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”
The vote to remove sodomy from military law comes less than a year after President Barack
Obama’s repeal of the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy for gay soldiers.
Tony Perkins, president of the conservative Family Research Council, said there’s a definite
link between the repeal of DADT and the repeal of the sodomy law.
“It’s all about using the military to advance this administration’s radical social agenda,”
Perkins told CNS News.
“Not only did they overturn Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, but they had another problem, and that is,
under military law sodomy is illegal, just as adultery is illegal, so they had to remove that prohibition against sodomy.”
